Agreement and Audit Records

When you accept our agreements when purchasing or signing up, we record which agreements you accepted, the policy versions in effect, the timestamp, your name, business name and email, and the IP address and browser user agent of the request. We keep these records to evidence consent and authorization for recurring charges.

AI Processing

Communications and content may be processed by AI systems to generate responses, transcriptions, summaries, classifications and automations. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before being relied upon.

Telecommunications Data

Voice and messaging services involve carriers and messaging providers that process phone numbers, message content, call metadata and, where enabled, recordings and transcripts.

Customer Data

Information you and your end customers provide through the platform is processed on your behalf to deliver the services you configure.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited payment metadata such as customer, session and subscription identifiers, amounts and payment status.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, and understanding how the services are used. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Children's Privacy

The services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Business Customer Responsibilities

If you use the services to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining required consents (including for automated communication and call recording), and honoring opt-out and privacy requests from those individuals.

Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Updated versions will be posted with a new version number and effective date.
